Five Star Homes is continually looking at growth within the North West Region and is always interested in land acquisition.

Five Star Homes established over 30 years has always be renowned for the end to end process of new build development. The first stage of this is obviously the acquisition of land. Five Star pro-actively sources land and is interested in land when contacted directly from owners or agencies with development land up for sale.

Five Star Homes will purchase land on a straight forward acquisition basis or even consider more complex transactions that may include exchange for one of Five Star Homes properties or possibly even build a plot for the seller on the newly acquired land.
